King Salmon Light

$9.00

King Salmon Light is a fingering weight version of my King Salmon sweater. Knit from the top down, this sweater features a bold salmon design on the yoke, a relaxed, comfortable, unisex fit and is easily adjustable in the sleeve and body length to create a perfect fit.

This version has a more traditional shape than the original design, the yoke is a standard depth as opposed to the exaggerated yoke depth of the original, worsted weight version. You can find the original [King Salmon][1] sweater here!

The sample shown here is a size 4, with 14" of positive ease on a 34" bust for an oversized fit. I recommend choosing a size with 3-14" of positive ease depending on your style preferences.

I used Brooklyn Tweed Loft for mine, which has been discontinued. Any fingering weight wool or wool blend that you can get gauge with and like the fabric of will work beautifully for this design! Please see the testers' versions in the projects for alternative yarn ideas.
